Project Management Specialist (Mid-Level or Senior) Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is looking for a Project Management Specialist (Mid-Level or Senior) to join the team in Everett, WA; Auburn, WA; or North Charleston, SC. The selected candidate will join the Information Digital Technology and Security team, working closely with the Supply Chain Functional Excellence team on SAP deployment. We seek dynamic, curious, and inventive individuals with strong supply chain expertise and a proven track record of designing and delivering cross-functional integrations. Using Lean and Agile methods, you will drive SAP deployment and help transform Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) to supply chain processes and systems. Position Responsibilities: Develop and implement training programs for employees at all levels Perform Change Impact assessments to impacted groups or organizations Own Command Media Management Support Cutover planning, golive readiness, training materials, and postgolive stabilization activities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement efforts Utilize data analysis and metrics to measure the effectiveness of Supply Chain Functional Excellence initiatives Mentor and coach team members in project management principles and practices Prepare and present reports on project progress and outcomes to management Develop the project plan and schedule Allocate resources and managing the project budget Own Risk Management and Issue Resolution Lead the project team and communicate progress to stakeholders Ensure project deliverables meet scope, quality, and deadlines Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 3+ years of experience managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools 3+ years of experience leading a cross-functional team 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or assembly processes and procedures 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Supply Chain Planning 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with senior management, customers, stakeholders, peers and partners Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 5 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience 3+ years of experience with ERPLN 3+ years of experience with SAP 3+ years of experience working in digital product lifecycle management environments (development, deployment, modification and support) Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.
