Job Description Purpose of the role To develop and manage the success of specific financial products and services, providing in-depth expertise on a particular product line, bridging the gap between product development, marketing, sales, and customer service. Accountabilities Provision of SME expertise on specific products and services to customers and colleagues, including features, functionalities, benefits, limitations, risks and compliance. Identification of market trends, new features, regulatory requirements and potential risks, and analysis of data obtained from sales figures and, customer feedback, to support the product development process, and communicate key findings to relevant stakeholders to improve product offerings. Response to customer inquiries,resolution of issues,and provision of guidance on product usage. . Presentation of the advantages and features of the product to potential customers,building trust and encouraging adoption. Assistance with the development and execution of marketing materials for the product,such as brochures,presentations,and online content. Participation in training sessions and workshops to share product knowledge and expertise with colleagues and other stakeholders. Participation in events,conferences,and other networking opportunities to showcase the product and generate interest. Plan resources, budgets, and policies; manage and maintain policies/ processes; deliver continuous improvements and escalate breaches of policies/procedures.. In-depth analysis with interpretative thinking will be required to define problems and develop innovative solutions. Adopt and include the outcomes of extensive research in problem solving processes. Join Barclays as a Transaction Banking Product Manager - Digital - VP, where you will drive the execution and scaling of the Digital strategy for Global Transaction Banking. In this role, you will oversee the endtoend management, governance, and delivery of clientfacing digital products across Cash Management and Trade Finance. You will work closely with global and regional teams to optimize digital capabilitiesincluding online banking, APIs, hosttohost, mobile, and selfservice tools to support revenue growth. You will manage global and regional payment and reporting file formats while ensuring clients adopt and upgrade to the latest digital services. You will collaborate with clients, sales, Implementation, and service teams to enhance the client journey and accelerate time to revenue. To be successful as a Transaction Banking Product Manager - Digital - VP, you should have: Experience in digital transaction banking solutions (Online Banking, H2H, SWIFT, APIs, Mobile) Technical knowledge of payment types and file formats such as NACHA, XML, BAI2, and CAMT Experience with product management or product development in Cash Management or Trade Finance Understanding of Agile methodologies and digital product delivery frameworks Some other highly valued skills may include: Ample ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language Customerobsessed mindset focused on delivering bestinclass client experiences Ability to work effectively across crossfunctional, global teams and time zones Intellectual curiosity, multitasking ability, and analytical skills You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in this role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills. This role is located in our New York, NY office. Minimum Salary: $155,000 Maximum Salary: $200,000 The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
