What you'll do: Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, functionality, and appearance of facilities, equipment, and fixtures. Inspect, clean, and repair facilities equipment, documenting signs of wear and recommending necessary repairs or replacements. Conduct major and minor repairs using multiple craft skills, including electrical diagnostics, plumbing, carpentry, and power tool operation. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and document all repair activities accurately. Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractor compliance with quality and safety standards. Order parts, track expenses, and maintain maintenance logs in accordance with regulatory requirements. The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
