Senior Employee Development Specialist Company: The Boeing Company We are seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Senior Employee Development Specialist with deep experience in product marketing and brand strategy to lead cross-functional programs and initiatives. This role is ideal for an outside-the-box thinker who can translate complex technical concepts into compelling value propositions and learning experiences, drive multi-stakeholder initiatives from concept through execution, and manage budgets, complex requirements, and program risks. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project and program management for product marketing, brand, and training initiatives across engineering and commercial organizations. Drive brand strategy and creative direction for global events, digital experiences, and marketing assets that elevate organizational identity. Create and manage employee development programs, training curricula, and learning assets to strengthen technical leadership culture. Produce command media and process guides to standardize procedures and ensure scalable program adoption. Coordinate cross-functional teams (product, engineering, sales, learning & development, external agencies) to meet scope, schedule, and budget objectives. Define KPIs, monitor program performance, manage risks and dependencies, and provide status reporting to senior leadership. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 10+ years of experience in project/program management, product marketing, brand strategy, or related rolespreferably in aerospace, engineering, or complex B2B environments. Proven track record leading large cross-functional projects and global marketing programs that delivered measurable business outcomes. Demonstrated ability to lead creative production (print, digital, video, XR/holographic) and manage external vendors/agencies. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills; experience working with senior leadership and matrixed teams. Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and storytelling skills. Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid change, and hands-on program execution. Budget and risk management experience with the ability to manage large marketing budgets and proposals. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience in aerospace, defense, or advanced technology industries. Background in training and learning & developmentdesigning employee development strategies and curricula. Familiarity with customer research methods, competitive talent market analysis, and proposal development for large-scale contracts. Experience leading remote and distributed teams.
