SUMMARY: The Senior HR Systems Analyst serves as the subject matter expert for Workday as the core enterprise platform, while also providing advanced leadership and guidance across other integrated systems within the enterprise. This role leads and drives crossfunctional optimization initiatives and drives businessasusual (BAU) process improvement efforts across multiple business lines and entities. In addition, the Senior HR Systems Analyst partners with internal and external stakeholders to develop and sustain comprehensive solutions aligned with strategic business objectives that shape the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) roadmap and consistently delivers actionable recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders to enable informed decisionmaking. Serves as a strategic partner to internal and external stakeholders to develop and sustain enterprisewide solutions aligned with organizational priorities and the ERP roadmap. Maintain expertlevel knowledge of system capabilities, typically within an advanced Workday module; continuously monitor Workdaydelivered enhancements through hosted webinars and Workday Community to consult and advise business stakeholders on solutions that optimize operations and reinforce best practices and advanced functionaltechnical approaches. Lead implementations, migrations, and upgrades related to Human Resources and technologies. Partner with SMEs, team members, and stakeholders to develop and deliver system configuration enhancements that support business needs. Translate functional and technical requirements into scalable system designs and configurations; configure and execute testing for complex business processes, including conditional logic and eligibility frameworks. Serve as a key contributor to crossfunctional workgroups (e.g., integrations, reporting, security) across all Workday domains and functional areas. Apply advanced knowledge of complex integrations to influence the design, enhancement, and support of integrations related to Human Resources, including data exchanges between Workday and other enterprise systems. Provide Tier 2 production support, troubleshooting complex system issues, as well as identifying and implementing effective resolutions. Communicate system issues and risks to Human Resources management, proposing viable alternative solutions as needed. Apply advanced problemsolving skills to resolve issues promptly and effectively, while mentoring junior team members to facilitate their growth and development. Create and maintain detailed system documentation for Human Resources processes. At the direction of the Workday Release Manager, lead biannual Workday releases for assigned Human Resources in accordance with established testing plans and timelines; review release notes, recommend feature adoption, partner with SMEs to develop test scripts, provide testing guidance, and research and resolve issues. Gather reporting requirements from nontechnical users; advise on reporting best practices and technical considerations; develop new or enhance existing reports as needed; guide the Human Resources reporting and analytics strategy to enable informed decisionmaking, continuous improvement, and user adoption. Create and execute complex Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) uploads to support mass data maintenance; validate file format, data integrity, and successful processing. Work collaboratively within a team environment; escalate complex or highrisk issues to Senior Analysts as appropriate. Engage in crossfunctional AI initiatives utilizing Workday and integrated Human Resources systems to drive process optimization and actionable insights. Oversee additional systems and perform other related duties as assigned. Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years of experience supporting Workday or a comparable ERP platform. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience translating business needs into technical system solutions. Proven ability across complex or multisystem scenarios to research, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues. Preferred Workday Certification(s). Adopting emerging trends in Human Resources to existing roadmap. Experience conducting root cause analysis and driving process improvement initiatives. Strong understanding of Human Resources processes.
