Youll play a critical role in advancing Walmarts commitment to developing the next generation of Finance leaders. What youll do Own the end-to-end recruitment strategy for early-career Finance programs. Partner with Talent Acquisition and campus recruiting teams to execute. Lead the annual Finance Student Summit as well as pre and post offer events. Manage the full internship program lifecycle, including pre-arrival communications, placement planning, and end-to-end summer program execution and support. Oversee public relations for the programs, including internal communications such as the quarterly newsletter and external branding through recruiting collateral and social media to elevate visibility and strengthen Walmarts employer brand. Support associate performance management, coaching, and placement discussions. What youll bring 5+ years of recruiting, finance, or program management experience, preferably in early-career or university programs. Strong skills in program oversight, participant coaching, and performance management. Proficient in analytics and dashboards (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Strong cross-functional collaboration and a passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences aligned with brand and culture.
