THE JOB: As a Security Dispatcher at MGM Grand, you're right at the heart of it all keeping communication flowing between our Security team and Management. You'll be the voice behind the scenes, answering calls, handling radio traffic, and making sure the right information gets to the right people fast! From managing emergencies to handling day-to-day details, no two days are the same. You'll need to think on your feet, multitask like a pro, and know our procedures inside and out. If you love being in the middle of the action and keeping things running smoothly, this is the role for you!
