Staff Analyst Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Staff Analyst (Level 3) to join the BCA Production System & Operational Excellence organization in Everett, WA. This position will play a central role in supporting company-level initiatives across Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA). This person will produce executive-ready presentations and communications, participate in strategic and organizational discussions, and translate decisions into clear execution plans. Success requires the ability to lead cross-functional conversations, influence stakeholders, and integrate work across BCA. The role will split time between supporting the VP and senior leadership. The successful candidate has the ability to assume the following core competencies: Executive presence and strong storytelling skills. Strategic thinking with practical execution focus. Collaborative, relationship-building mindset. Attention to detail with strong follow-through. Primary Responsibilities: Develop polished, data-driven presentation materials, briefings, and communications for executive audiences. Partner with leaders across functions to define problems, frame strategic options, and recommend pragmatic solutions. Facilitate and lead meetings and working sessions to align stakeholders and drive decisions. Translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans with clear milestones, owners, and measures of success. Track program status, risks, and dependencies; proactively surface issues and propose mitigations. Synthesize complex analyses into concise, executive-level summaries and talking points. Support preparation for senior leadership reviews and external briefings as required. Build and maintain relationships across BCA to ensure integration and coordinated execution of initiatives. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience): 3+ years experience working closely with Operations, Manufacturing, and/or production environment 3+ years ability to apply systems thinking to understand inter-relationships of business decisions 3+ years of experience in MS PowerPoint 3+ years of creating executive level presentations 3+ years experience of synthesizing information and creating a report Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience 5+ years experience working as a Project Management Specialist utilizing standard project management tools demonstrating requirements development, planning, and execution.
