Activity Assistant San Francisco Post Acute Part-Time | 8:30 AM 5:00 PM (23 weekdays + Saturdays) $19.18/hr Join Our Team Bring your energy to San Francisco Post Acute! As an Activity Assistant, youll partner with our Director to create a vibrant, engaging environment. You are the "spark" that keeps our residents socially connected and physically active through meaningful daily experiences. Key Responsibilities Lead & Engage: Facilitate group games, personal hobbies, and local outings. Create & Coordinate: Assist with monthly calendars and track resident participation. Support & Personalize: Contribute to care plans and provide tools for independent activities. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED. Background: One year of long-term care experience preferred. Skills: Strong communication and a positive, "can-do" attitude. Physical: Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
