What You Will Learn Raytheon Vision Systems (RVS) has an exciting opportunity for an early career finance professional within the Advanced Products and Solutions portfolio (APS). This role will have the unique opportunity to learn and participate in various facets of program finance including (but not limited to) internal and external reporting, proposal development, EAC development, and FP&A support. The successful candidate will also become a valued business partner to program and functional leadership by learning to provide analytical and timely financial insights to the business. As a member of the RVS finance team, you will get to learn from a highly experienced group of peers and develop skills necessary for advancing a successful career in finance. These include critical thinking and analysis, strong financial acumen, clear and concise presentation of complex data and concepts, and the ability to stay organized and focused while supporting various projects concurrently. What You Will Do Primary responsibilities for this role include preparing weekly and monthly program financial reports and customer deliverables, quarterly EAC development, monthly sales profit and cash forecasting, preparation of Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and cost estimates, and regular review of program financials against contractual requirements. This role also provides the opportunity to proactively work with program stakeholders to achieve organizational financial objectives. Qualifications You Must Have Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field This position requires 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships). Experience in Microsoft Excel U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidates work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
