Dietary Aide (Full-Time) Location: Salinas Valley Post Acute Schedule: 4 Days On / 2 Days Off Pay Rate: $18.35 per hour Salinas Valley Post Acute is currently seeking a Full-Time Dietary Aide to join our dedicated healthcare team. This role is essential in providing quality nutrition services that support the health and comfort of our residents. Job Responsibilities Assist with meal preparation, tray assembly, and meal service Deliver meals to residents in a timely and courteous manner Ensure dietary restrictions and resident preferences are followed Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, dining, and work areas Follow all food safety and infection control guidelines Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff Qualifications Prior experience in a dietary or food service role preferred (healthcare setting a plus) Ability to work on a rotating 4 on / 2 off schedule Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks Food handler certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Why Join Us?
