Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Location: San Francisco Post-Acute (Mission St.) Pay Range: $24.00 $26.00 per hour (DOE) Role Summary San Francisco Post-Acute is seeking dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated healthcare team. We are looking for professionals who are committed to providing exceptional resident care in a fast-paced post-acute care environment. Part Time Available Shift NOC Weekdays/Weekends Primary Responsibilities Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the nursing team. Respond promptly to call lights and assist residents with daily care needs. Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge procedures. Support meal service and tray distribution. Provide compassionate care while promoting resident comfort, dignity, and safety. Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility policies and procedures. Collaborate effectively with nurses, therapists, and fellow team members.
