JOB DESCRIPTION: This primary function is to provide 24-hour, 7 day a week "skilled trade" Industrial HVAC & Chiller maintenance support to the manufacturing. Support will be provided collaboratively by two team members to ensure continuous coverage, which may include remote or on-call assistance outside of regular working hours. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Installs, maintains, and repairs commercial and/or Industrial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, chillers, boilers and refrigeration systems, performing tasks like preventative maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and replacing worn parts. Key responsibilities include adhering to safety guidelines, following blueprints, using diagnostic tools, and ensuring compliance with regulations like the Clean Air Act and OSHA standards. Must be certified by the Federal EPA for operation of refrigerant reclaiming equipment and for proper usage and disposal of all refrigerants is a preferred Troubleshooting: Strong ability to diagnose and solve problems with electronic, digital, and pneumatic controls systems is essential. HVAC & Controls: Knowledge of air and hydronic systems, chillers, boilers, and the associated controls 3 phase electrical knowledge, certifications a plus Microsoft office REQUIREMENTS Degree/Certificate: An associates or Technical Degree in HVAC, Controls Universal EPA Certification is preferred Type II or Type III EPA Certification The base pay for this position is $20.60 $41.20/hour In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
