Position Summary... The Manager, Sourcing role leads strategic sourcing initiatives by managing supplier relationships, negotiating pricing, and ensuring product quality and timely delivery. This role collaborates cross-functionally with retail teams and global partners to align sourcing strategies with business objectives while mitigating risks and optimizing costs. The manager oversees supplier assessments, factory capabilities, and capacity planning, providing guidance and mentorship to team members. With a strong focus on continuous improvement and compliance, this position drives operational excellence and supports the companys mission through ethical leadership and effective stakeholder engagement. The sourcing team collaborates closely with retail and supply partners to develop and execute strategic sourcing plans that ensure product quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency. This team manages supplier relationships, conducts assessments, and negotiates agreements to meet business objectives. Members leverage market insights and cross-functional partnerships to optimize sourcing processes and mitigate risks. The team fosters continuous improvement through coaching, knowledge sharing, and adoption of innovative tools. What you'll do... Align sourcing strategies with retail teams to support business objectives and manage order execution. Oversee factory capabilities, product quality, and on-time delivery to ensure supplier performance. Conduct supplier assessments and maintain a supplier matrix for assigned categories. Develop and sustain strong supplier relationships while negotiating product pricing and alternatives. Collaborate cross-functionally to address business needs and optimize sourcing solutions. Lead sourcing initiatives and mentor team members on sourcing activities and best practices. Utilize market knowledge and digital tools to enhance strategic sourcing and procurement processes. What you'll bring... Proven experience in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management within complex supply chains. Strong negotiation skills to achieve cost-effective sourcing solutions while maintaining quality and delivery standards. Ability to assess supplier capabilities, conduct factory visits, and manage supplier quality and performance. Effective stakeholder management skills to collaborate cross-functionally and align sourcing strategies with business objectives. Knowledge of trade and political factors impacting sourcing decisions in assigned geographies. Demonstrated leadership in mentoring team members and driving continuous improvement in sourcing processes. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
