THE JOB: As a Games Operator at MGM Resorts, you will play a key role in creating exciting and memorable experiences for our guests. With your friendly smile and welcoming demeanor, you'll be responsible for overseeing arcade operations and ensuring that every guest enjoys their time at our gaming venues. THE STARTING RATE: $12.00 hourly + commission THE DAY-TO-DAY: Greet guests with enthusiasm and provide outstanding service, embodying our SHOW philosophy. Encourage guests to engage with our arcade games, answering any questions they may have and sharing your passion for gaming. Keep all games clean, well-maintained, and stocked with prizes, ensuring they are always ready for use. Enforce game rules and guarantee that prizes are distributed accurately and securely. Assist with opening and closing procedures as well as transporting deliveries and restocking supplies. Handle cash transactions, maintaining accuracy and professionalism in all financial dealings. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred Experience: Previous guest service experience and familiarity with a resort or arcade setting are preferred.
