As we shape the future of global cybersecurity, our Cyber Trust team is seeking a high-judgement, high-performing Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support and scale our Security Communications program. This role is ideal for someone with strong messaging skills, a passion for security, and a knack for program management. What Youll Be Doing: Lead strategic communication initiatives that support customer trust and security transparency. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, audience-appropriate messages. Aggregate data from multiple sources to enable effective decision-making. Advise on communications strategy, manage unpredictable issues, and address blockers. Drive continuous improvement by embracing new tools, strategies, and processes. Track, analyze, and report on progress against goals and overall program health. What Were Looking For: Required Qualifications 5+ years of program management or professional consulting experience. Must have experience writing technical and non-technical content within a high-tech or cybersecurity environment, with the ability to articulate clear viewpoints on complex issues. Proven ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams. Bachelors degree in Communications, Business Management, Computer Science or related field. Preferred Qualifications Experience in IT security and/or cloud technology (e.g., incident response, security operations, public relations). Experience using data and metrics to identify and drive improvements. #LI-MH1 ------------------------------------------- The annual salary range for this position is $ 114,104 - $ 143,896 USD. The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
