Job Description The IT Support End User Services Intern provides technical assistance to employees by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring devices, and responding to service desk requests. This role also supports user account management, such as password resets and access permissions, while creating and maintaining technical documentation for end users and IT staff. This intern will have the opportunity to contribute to store and corporate IT projects, gaining hands-on experience while enhancing the end-user experience. Responsibilities - Assist end users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing solutions to technical problems - Set up and configure computers, printers, and other devices for new and existing employees - Respond to service desk tickets and document support procedures in the IT helpdesk system - Support user account management tasks, such as password resets and access permissions - Create and maintain technical documentation, such as setup guides, troubleshooting steps, and FAQs for end users and internal support staff Skills and Knowledge Ability to adapt to change and assume added responsibilities, Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and common software applications, Excellent organization skills with the ability to plan and execute tasks efficiently, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Qualifications Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university and/or recent graduate with or pursuing a relevant degree (e.g. Information Technology, Computer Science, etc.); available to work standard hours M-F at corporate office location in Lenexa, KS; demonstrated desire to build a long-term career with Rally House. Physical Requirements: Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment; able to clearly view and read information on a computer screen; occasionally lift or move items up to 15 pounds. $15.00 - $18.00 Hourly We're fans, just like you!
