The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $121,000 - $177,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Tasks and Qualifications: What you will Do in this Role: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of consultants and designers. Translate customer requirements into scalable, purpose-focused automation solutions. Guide data analysis and solution development for competitive system builds. Review solution concepts to ensure quality, consistency, and technical accuracy. Build trusted customer relationships and serve as a strategic advisor. Partner cross-functionally to develop winning solution and pursuit strategies. Drive continuous improvement through tools, processes, and guidelines. Stay current on industry trends and help build future offerings. What We are Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field or equivalent experience. Candidates with a Graduate degree or relevant experience are preferred. Significant experience in material handling, automation, warehouse operations, solution development, engineering, or consulting leadership. Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, and developing technical or consulting professionals. Advanced knowledge of material handling technologies, automation systems, and software. Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex operational challenges and solution alternatives. Expertise in automation solution development, concept validation, and system building. Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and executive audiences. Adaptable leader with PMP, Lean, or related certifications preferred. Ability to travel up to 30%.
