Dealership: L0410 BMW of Freehold BMW of Freehold Now Hiring - Service Bdc Rep/Appointment Coordinator Compensation: $19.00 per hour plus performance-based bonuses. Schedule: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM 4:00 PM, rotating Saturdays. DCH Freehold BMW is searching for high-performing, Business Development Center Representatives to join our service team! We are looking for a polished, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a BDC Representative. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with impeccable follow-up skills, strong verbal and written communication, and high computer proficiency. Previous dealership BDC experience is a plus, and a great attitude is essential for success in this role. Who are we looking for? Automotive Service BDC is required Strong focus on providing best-in-class customer service Outstanding follow-up skills Ability to maintain excellent phone etiquette while handling a high volume of calls Strong communication skills both verbal and written Excellent computer skills including CRM proficiency Highly organized with attention to detail High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
