Job Summary: Supports the successful delivery of construction projects independently with working knowledge around project activities. Collaborates with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements, timelines, and quality standards are met. Contributes to efficient project execution by monitoring progress, identifying both routine and non-routine project issues, and recommending solutions. Enhances team performance by sharing general project knowledge and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives involving moderately complex tasks and processes. Key Responsibilities: Assists in reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure accuracy and compliance with project goals, while maintaining regular field presence to support safe work execution, including attendance at safety meetings such as stretch and flex and engagement in high-risk activity planning and controls. Coordinates with project managers and project teams to address standard technical questions and resolve general project issues. Monitors standard project schedules and budgets, tracks labor productivity, and reports variances to support timely corrective actions based on established guidelines. Supports the implementation of standard quality assurance and safety protocols throughout all project phases. Prepares and maintains project documentation, including progress reports and technical records. Identifies opportunities for incremental improvements and contributes to the development of leading practices with guidance. Participates in project meetings and communicates updates to team members and stakeholders. Education Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, a related field, or equivalent experience required. Work Experience: 0 - 4 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or a related field required. Certifications and Licenses: Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 30-Hour Construction certification preferred. OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required. Anticipated starting pay range: $80,500.00- $95,000.00 Nothing is more important than your health and wellness.
