Our researchers integrate brain mapping techniques with machine intelligence and computational biology approaches to investigate how brain alterations contribute to neurocognitive deficits seen in AD. We are seeking a postdoctoral scholar to join our research efforts to understand how genetic factors drive brain structure changes seen in Alzheimers disease. The successful candidate will contribute to ongoing computational studies of brain aging and pursue innovative research projects. The scholar will work with structural neuroimaging methods to integrate their analysis with neurogenomics and with deep learning models to reveal novel genetic and neuroanatomic risk factors for Alzheimers disease. Preferred Qualifications: Ph.D. in neuroscience, computational biology, computer science, engineering, biophysics, applied mathematics, or related field. Computer programming expertise (e.g., Python, Matlab, or TensorFlow) is required. Strong interest in neurodegenerative diseases, neurogenomics, or neuroimaging. Previous experience with neuroimage analysis. This is an exempt position with work expected to be primarily in person and at the University Park Campus. The annual base salary range for this position is $64,480 - $66,000.
