This position manages a clinic located in Olympia, WA and requires on-site presence; it is not a remote role. FTE: 1.0 Shift: Day Schedule: Monday-Friday Position Summary The Clinic Manager-Retail Health oversees the daily activities and operations of front office, back office, and ancillary staff, orders supplies and maintains adequate supply inventory levels for assigned 1-3 clinic/location(s). The scope of the Clinic Manager varies by size of the clinic, volume of patients, and specialties offered in the clinic. The incumbent is to ensure excellent customer service and employee engagement and will create and/or lead projects aligned with business unit and/or company metrics and goals. The Manager is available during evening and weekend hours to support clinic operations. Works with Area/Regional Manager and Clinical Care Director in promoting a team environment that supports customer service and high clinical standards in an efficient manner. Work situations are varied and require organization, discretion, good judgment, and a service oriented professional manner. Requirements Bachelors degree preferred or three (3) years of leadership experience in lieu of degree will be considered Minimum three (3) years of experience in occupational medicine, urgent care or healthcare, preferably multi-site, as either: Front or back office supervisor, manager, or lead Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualifications A Better Way to Work in Health Care Flexible schedule: Make a positive difference in your community and have time and energy to pursue your passions outside of work. Pay and Benefit Expectations We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $82,077.00 - $118,102.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicants years of experience align.
