PURPOSE & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The CPFR Analyst manages our customers inventory replenishment at the SKU level using tools like Excel, Power BI, and SAP. This role drives supply chain activities to meet customer in-stock, fill rate, inventory, on-time and sales goals. By optimizing our customers replenishment processes, the CPFR Analyst enhances Unilevers Supply Chain with more accurate customer forecasts for internal planning purposes. Youll be working cross-functionally as a liaison between our customers Supply Chain teams and Unilever ICs supply chain and sales teams. Effective communication and strong internal business relationships are critical for success in this role. This position serves as the central point for tactical demand planning and forecasting at the customer level. It involves numerous interactions that require supply chain expertise, sound judgment, strong communication, relationship-building skills, and a solid understanding of internal and external processes. Analyzing data and presenting findings to stakeholders is also a key responsibility. WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED Experiences & Qualifications Required Skills: Bachelors degree in supply chain management, Business, or related technical field (Preferred) 1-3 years of relevant data driven analysis, demand forecasting, or planning experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: Advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI, Python, R, SQL). Strong project management skills. Familiarity with retail and consumer goods industries. Lean Six Sigma or APICS certification is a plus. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
