Full Job Description

This job will be accepting job applications until the position is filled. Hourly: $19.20 - $19.78 Department: Budget, Finance & Revenue Collections, Culture & Recreation Division: Special Facilities FLSA: Non-Exempt Job Description: In this role, you will prepare food items for customers at the concessions store and various events, provide customer service, and maintain the food preparation and service areas. Examples of Duties: Fills customer orders by obtaining items from shelves, freezers, coolers, bins, tables, or containers. Lists, totals, and informs customer of total price of purchases. Receives payment from customer for purchases and makes change. Sets up displays and stocks shelves, coolers, counter, bins, tables, freezers, containers, or trays with merchandise. Sets up food, drinks, silverware, plates, napkins, etc. for events. Prepares meal items at the direction of the Food and Beverage Manager. Dispenses beverages and warms food items in oven. Cleans the kitchen and event area after use. Performs other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: Six months of related experience and/or training in Food Service, Cashiering or Bartending. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid Drivers License. Other Necessary Requirements: May require evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
