We boldly go. Where is the work: Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires. What you will do: Responsible for analyzing building and energy data to identify meaningful outcomes. Account Engineer creates consultative documentation to provide to the customer. Responsible to lead quarterly or semiannual Technical Strategy Review meetings for each Connected Service Agreement customer. Utilizes energy conservation measures to help optimize building operations and drive sustainability projects. Fulfill Digital Services contract obligations effectively, efficiently and within safety standards. Gather and validate preliminary information and perform facility walkthrough, construction plan review or other requirements. Collaborates with account managers and field technicians to assist in growing sales for Service Agreements, Service Quoted, Turnkey, and Controls sales. Will plan and schedule work as needed with the Project Administrator service team. Travel to customer job sites is required, which may include outdoor work and/or work in mechanical/equipment rooms. During the site visits, the employee may be exposed to variable weather conditions; moving mechanical parts; heights, and other variable environmental conditions based on location. What you will bring: Strong background of HVAC systems, controls and data analytics Energy and utility knowledge preferable Ability to clearly communicate and develop relationships with clients and internal team members Motivation to succeed while taking initiative to help solve problems Organized, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously Strong analytical skills Positive attitude and ability to work on several diverse teams Can work independently and on a team effectively Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range: $77,963.33 - $109,340.00 Compensation Type: Salary Incentive Eligible: No Sales Commission Eligible: No Disclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
