What Youll Do: Prepare a variety of meals in large quantities, following menus and portion guidelines. Create special diets and pureed foods with accuracy and care. Ensure meals are appealing, safe, and served on time. Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen and work area. Record and monitor food temperatures. Assist with meal service and clean-up, including carts and cooking areas. Supervise or assist dietary staff, supporting teamwork and training. Collaborate with staff across departments to support resident care.
