Full Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and detail-oriented Senior Manager, Retail Media Search to lead and manage a growing retail search business for a client in the Alcohol/Beverage Industry, working across major commerce platforms including Instacart, DoorDash, and Uber Eats + Pacvue, with opportunities to expand into emerging retail media and commerce platforms such as Criteo, Koddi, and other retailer ecosystems. You will own the business end-to-end including strategy, execution, optimization, reporting, client leadership, partner management, and billing. Key Responsibilities You will own search strategy and activation across Instacart, DoorDash, Uber Eats and future retail media platforms. You will launch, manage, optimize and scale campaigns., as well as manage budgets, pacing, billing, actualization, reporting and performance analysis. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading client meetings, status calls, quarterly business reviews and strategic presentations, an manage retailer and technology partner relationships. Lastly, in this role, you will identify growth opportunities, testing initiatives, and innovation opportunities, while collaborating across analytics, planning, social, display, programmatic and broader commerce teams. Business Ownership Serve as the primary owner of a significant retail media search investment, accountable for sales, ROAS, budget management, operational excellence and business results. Maintain trackers, reporting, optimization logs and financial stewardship processes with a high degree of accuracy. Qualifications 5+ years of Retail Media, Paid Search, Ecommerce Media, Commerce Marketing, or Performance Marketing experience. Strong client presentation skills Deep analytical capabilities Project management skills Experience managing retail media platforms and performance-based media investments. What Success Looks Like Quickly assumes ownership of the business, delivers client confidence, drives sales and ROI goals, proactively identifies opportunities, maintains exceptional organization, and connects search performance to broader commerce and brand objectives. The annual salary range for this position is $72,000 -$110,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
