The Product Operations Coordinator will support our Product Operations team by managing the day-to-day execution of product tooling and helping scale processes across the Product organization. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, operationally minded, and excited to support cross-functional collaboration at scale. As a key partner to Product Operations, youll help maintain and improve the infrastructure that powers roadmap visibility, team alignment, and execution across Product and Engineering. Were looking for a Product Operations Coordinator to join the Product team at Snap Inc! What youll do: Own the day-to-day management of our product tooling, including tracking deliverables, surfacing feature requests, and supporting team adoption. Help maintain and improve planning infrastructure to ensure data accuracy, usability, and alignment across Product and Engineering teams. Support the execution of quarterly roadmap reviews and related processes by keeping documentation, templates, and workflows up to date. Monitor hygiene of planning inputs (e.g., milestones, status, owners) and follow up with teams to ensure completeness and accuracy. Assist in preparing summaries or visualizations that help cross-functional partners understand roadmap status and upcoming milestones. Coordinate with Product Operations and cross-functional partners to communicate process updates and drive shared accountability. Provide general support for product operations workflows, including running meetings, preparing documentation, and supporting process improvements. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Interest in operational tooling and scaling team processes. Familiarity with collaborative productivity tools (e.g., Coda, Notion, Asana). Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple streams of work. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent years of experience. 1 year of experience in a project coordination, product operations, or program support role. Compensation In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidates starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future. Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): The base salary range for this position is $73,000-$109,000 annually. Zone B: The base salary range for this position is $69,000-$104,000 annually. Zone C: The base salary range for this position is $62,000-$93,000 annually. This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
