Position Specifics Location: 3700 W Milwaukee Rd, Milwaukee, WI 53208 Shift: Night Shift (6PM 6AM) Schedule: 3-2-2-3 (3 days on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off 3-day weekend every other week!) Starting Pay: $21.25 $25.00/hr (with several increase opportunities within your first two years) Why Youll Love Working Here Weekly Pay: Every Thursday Bonus Program: Quarterly gainsharing eligibility from day one Family-Owned Stability: Join a 4th generation, family-owned company Retirement Support: 401(k) with match and profit sharing Top-Notch Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage What Youll Do Prepare, assemble, verify, and pack outgoing orders Load trucks and complete all required shipping paperwork Receive incoming materials and verify them against purchase orders Maintain inventory accuracy and proper material storage Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move materials Follow stock rotation procedures and maintain organized warehouse spaces Accurately enter data and transactions in the system Follow all Environmental, Quality, and Safety procedures Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Must Haves High School Diploma or GED equivalent Forklift experience Ability to self-direct and manage workload Strong communication and basic computer skills Ability to follow instructions and solve basic problems Basic math, reading, and shop math understanding Ability to work flexible hours (including holidays and weekends) Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without accommodation Nice to Haves 1+ year of shipping/receiving or warehouse experience Experience using barcode scanning systems Familiarity with online freight scheduling systems Ability to properly load and secure shipments for transit Previous machine operation or material handling experience Physical Requirements Constant: Standing and lifting up to 20 lbs Frequent: Walking, balancing, pushing/pulling, reaching, lifting up to 35 lbs Occasional: Work below waist level, fine motor tasks, forceful motion Minimal: Climbing, foot use, carrying and lifting up to 50 lbs Ability to meet all physical demands as outlined in the Job Analysis Database We offer comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits, along with a 401(k) plan that includes employer matching and profit sharing.
