Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Description As a CNA at Willow Springs, youll be responsible for delivering high-quality care to 1015 residents per shift. Your duties will include: Assisting with daily hygiene, meals, and toileting Supporting residents with mobility and comfort Monitoring and reporting changes in resident health Collaborating with nursing staff to ensure optimal care Qualifications: Completion of a 75-hour CNA course or state certification Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented Availability to work some weekends Why Join Willow Springs?
