At CLEAResult, our proposal team serves a pivotal function at CLEAResult, managing the entire request for proposal (RFP) response timeline from kick-off to proposal submittal. The Proposal Analyst will be accountable for ensuring proposals are responsive to and compliant with RFP requirements. For this opportunity, youre a great fit if you Worked as part of a proposal team with an active part in the proposal management process (actively working with stakeholders, writing original content, editing content written by others customizing responses to ensure RFP compliance) Worked collaboratively with business development, operations team, and national practice/solutions teams to develop compelling proposal responses. Managed all aspects of proposal development including writing individual tasks, project management, proposal design and graphics, appendices, and compliance management. Created original content, utilize and edit existing content, and provide copy editing to ensure alignment towards wining proposals. Support the proposal process from RFP to submittal and beyond, including client interviews if needed. Strong writing and proof-reading skills and know how to write a proposal with one voice in mind Set up and led small- to medium-size groups of cross-functional team contributors in meetings, including setting agendas, creating timelines and milestones, following up on action items Experience managing themselves and others to tight timelines and due dates In this exciting career opportunity, you will have 3+ Years of Experience Bachelors Degree Prize organization and attention to detail Want to further their knowledge proposal content creation (e.g. understand how to use standard/boilerplate content vs. ask for customized answers) Have experience in or are interested in learning about the energy efficiency/utility industry Are self-motivated and flexible to move with the RFP lifecycle Compensation Range $55,700.00 - $83,500.00 Currency USD Type Salary Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicants skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
