We are a full-service distributor of Generac equipment and solutions providing sales, service and rentals. Were seeking a Service Coordinator II to join our Service Department. In this role, youll be the first point of contact for customers, managing service calls, job tracking, invoicing, and contract setup. Youll play a key part in ensuring smooth workflows, timely communication, and high-quality service delivery while supporting both customers and internal teams. Your Impact As a Service Coordinator II, youll ensure that service operations run efficiently from start to finish. By coordinating technicians, managing customer needs, and maintaining accurate records, youll directly contribute to customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and team success. Youll also mentor and support other service roles, helping to strengthen the overall performance of the department. What Youll Do Create jobs, answer incoming service calls, and assist with technician scheduling Schedule preventative maintenance and repairs with customers Manage open work orders, including updating customer portals as needed Track jobs through completion and ensure proper invoicing of completed work Process new contracts and renewals in the companys electronic management system Meet regularly with the service operations team to review priorities Provide support to other Service departmental roles as needed Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (every 45 weeks) to handle emergency calls Provide guidance and mentorship to Service Coordinator I team members Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 2 years of administrative experience in a service-related business Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business or related field Degree in Diesel Technology or related discipline 4+ years of administrative experience in a service-related business 4+ years of scheduling field technicians and/or customer service Technical Expertise Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) Working knowledge of business enterprise systems (e.g., FieldServio, SAP) Ability to interpret schematic and service documentation Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks Interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with both internal teams and external customers Basic math skills for percentages, multipliers, sales tax, and totals on orders Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure What Youll Get The opportunity to play a critical role in supporting a growing service department Exposure to industry-leading tools, systems, and service practices Experience in a dynamic, customer-focused environment with opportunities to expand your skills Collaboration with a supportive team that values problem-solving, communication, and continuous improvement Why youll love it here Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, vision, 401(k), and more. Compensation: Energy Systems is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The hourly rate for this role based in Fife, WA is $25.05 - $35.07 USD. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. This role is eligible for variable compensation including short term and long-term incentives. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel.
