The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. This position requires initiative, attention to detail, the ability to learn quickly and a passion for delivering strategic value in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Provide high level administrative support to multiple executives Effectively and proactively manage calendars and complex schedules Manage and book travel with the ability to execute last-minute changes, including solving travel issues and coordinating accommodations Plan and coordinate logistics for on-site and off-site meetings and events Collaborate with other executive assistants and provide back-up when needed Assist with preparing correspondences, reports, and presentations Assist department/team as needed Other projects as assigned Skills you will need: 5+ years of relevant executive assistant experience (C-Suite level) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail High level of confidence with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure Strong interpersonal and communication skills Positive, can-do attitude and enjoy working with cross-functional teams Proficient in MS Office 365 Ability to maintain discretion in handling confidential information This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days. In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJs Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is starting from $90,000.00.
