As a Lot Attendant you will begin primarily washing cars and organizing vehicles within the dealership. This is just a starting point as we are BIG on supporting internal growth! Many of our staff have been promoted up from this position. Our employees often are promoted into other roles including sales support, service advisors, office staff, and even management positions! Our Ideal Candidate Must: Have a positive attitude and be customer service friendly Be able to navigate technology with ease Be passionate about the Toyota brand and desire to be in the auto industry as a career path Previous dealership experience is a PLUS Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Multi-Tasker and ability to work independently Professional in appearance and communications Strong attention to details and organizational skills Responsibilities Moves and works with vehicles to maintain vehicle display and support vehicle sales activities. Delivers vehicles to sites and locations as required. Monitor tire pressure of vehicles; add air and fuel as needed. Recognize general vehicle repairs and/or building maintenance and notify management. Prepare sold vehicles for delivery. Prioritize vehicles that need to be prepped for delivery or washed based on general appearance. Assist the shuttle driver as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions. Professional appearance and work ethic. Effective interpersonal communication skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence. The hourly pay range for this position is $18.50-$20.00. Actual pay offered will be based on skills, qualifications and experience, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
