Woodward Park City is looking for Winter Lift Operators to help keep our lifts running safely and our guests moving smoothly all season long. This outdoor, guest-facing role supports lift operations, assists guests with loading and unloading, and helps maintain safe, organized lift areas. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working outside, stays focused in a fast-paced environment, and brings a friendly, team-first attitude to every shift. What Youll Do Operate chairlifts and surface lifts safely while following company procedures, training protocols, and safety standards. Assist guests with loading and unloading, including first-time or less experienced riders. Monitor lift areas, manage lines, and communicate safety or operational concerns. Support snow removal, lift-area cleanliness, equipment organization, and daily opening or closing tasks. Work closely with Lift Operations, Lift Maintenance, and other departments to support smooth daily operations. What Were Looking For Must be 18 years of age or older. Comfortable working outdoors in winter conditions for extended periods. Dependable, safety-minded, and able to stay alert in a fast-paced mountain environment. Friendly communicator who enjoys helping guests of all ages and experience levels. Skiing or snowboarding ability is preferred, but not required. Physical Requirements Ability to bend, twist, push, pull, and stand for extended periods of time. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in an outdoor environment. Schedule Winter seasonal position with full-time and part-time opportunities. Working weekends, holidays, evenings, and seasonal peak periods as needed. Schedule may vary based on business needs and weather conditions. Employment Requirements A criminal background check will be conducted after the position is accepted.
