Title: Bilingual HR Field Manager Job Description: NOW HIRING: HR Field Manager Compensation: $105,000-$115,000 per year Job Overview The HR Field Manager will manage assigned Division to ensure compliance with labor relations in both union and non-union environments, retention strategies and compliance with company, state and federal laws and regulations. Roles & Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned. Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions; ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance Provide strategic HR support to Division Management Lead HR initiates and ensure alignment to corporate and local goals and metrics Support Corporate Benefits Department in the management and administration of benefits plans, employee participation and enrollment Train and support management in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs Support Division with performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization Support Division with Employee Satisfaction program to ensure compliance within organization Work with management and union in managing labor relations and compliance with CBA Investigate Employee Relations Issues and Grievances Support compliance with Corporate Training Program Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation, and conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations Some travel is required for this position Qualification To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/ or Experience Bachelors degree in Business Management or a related field from a four-year college or university with 5-8 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations May be required to have a valid drivers license. Supervisory Responsibilities Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; performance evaluations; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Ensure employees are properly trained on tasks and safety requirements.
