Job Summary In this customerfacing role, you will lead and manage the onboarding process for new Employee Benefits groups in the smallcase market. Youll gather and validate soldcase information, coordinate with internal partners to ensure accurate contract drafting and billing, guide customers through installation, and deliver a smooth, informed transition to ongoing service. Youll use your understanding of the onboarding lifecycle to resolve issues, build trust with customers, and bring forward insights that support continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Gather and confirm soldcase information from sales, producers, and customers. Submit accurate group data to Policyholder Services and partner through the scrub process. Lead customers through contract review, billing setup, and use of service tools like AdminEase. Install new groups and transition them to the assigned Account Specialist. Bring customer insights to continuous improvement efforts and collaborate on process enhancements. Skills and Background Youll Need Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent, Bachelors degree preferred Experience: 3+ years of group insurance experience, including employee benefits and direct customer interaction. Experience in project management, benefits administration, case management, customer service, or sales. Demonstrated ability to resolve customer issues and manage complex onboarding activities. Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools. Background collaborating with crossfunctional teams in a processdriven environment. Familiarity with contract setup, billing processes, or Policyholder Services operations. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance. The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data. Salary Range: $66,000.00 - $96,250.00 Positions will be posted for at least 5 days from original posting date.
