Restorative Nurse Assistant (RNA) Part Time Central Gardens Post-Acute | San Francisco, CA Compensation: $25.00 $26.00 per hour (Based on Experience) Schedule: Part Time ( Monday & Tuesday ) Location: Western Addition / Fillmore District Why Central Gardens? Your Impact & Responsibilities As an RNA, you play a pivotal role in the rehabilitative journey of our residents. You will lead specialized care programs designed to maintain and improve physical function: Restorative Care Leadership: Facilitate vital therapeutic activities, including specialized exercises, range-of-motion routines, and ambulation programs. Clinical Resident Support: Assist with therapeutic dining, proper splinting, and daily hygiene (ADLs) to ensure resident dignity and progress. Precision Documentation: Maintain accurate clinical records, including resident weights and care updates, utilizing Point Click Care (PCC). Safety & Prevention: Proactively prevent skin breakdown through regular repositioning and the expert use of pressure-relief tools. Collaborative Communication: Act as a key clinical link by reporting status changes to supervisors and participating in restorative program meetings.
