Requirements: 3 years experience in building and equipment maintenance High school diploma, technical skills from similar job experience required. Mechanical skills related to installation, maintenance, and repair of various plumbing, and mechanical systems. Must be able to lift 50lbs routinely throughout the work shift. Successfully pass pre-employment background and drug screening. Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
