Mid-Level Industrial Security Specialist Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Mid-Level Industrial Security Specialist to join our team to support the Enterprise Classified Security Services Enterprise Personnel Security (PERSEC) center in Berkeley, MO. This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with all government reporting requirements and managing administrative inquiries for personnel briefed on Special Access Programs (SAP). You will be expected to fulfill your daily responsibilities in supporting the enterprise and maintaining SAP operations and proposals. As an individual contributor, the services you provide will be crucial for the effective functioning of the Enterprise Classified Security organization. Position Responsibilities: Ensure that policies and procedures are aligned within personnel security processing and across Enterprise Classified Security (ECS) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while communicating status to leadership Assist with administrative inquiries on SAP personnel, processes and situations Assist SAP personnel with mitigating, documenting, and reporting all derogatory information Ensure Foreign travel and foreign contacts are accurately reported/documented in all internal/external databases Exploit Prediction Squaring System (EPSS), Defense Information System for Security (DISS), & Joint Access Database Environment (JADE) Initiate the Special Access Program Nomination Process (SAPNP) for nominated individuals for a SAP Ensure administrative inquiries are inputted into DISS/JADE to align external databases for accuracy and program submission Process, store and track reporting of foreign travel and foreign contacts on SAP briefed personnel Assess and review reported derogatory information Understand reporting requirements that pertain to SAP government policy and procedures Contribute to enterprise Process Action Teams (PATs) and Integrated Product Team (IPT) Identify deficiencies, develop and implement corrective action Process annual Pre-Screening Questionnaires (PSQs) and nomination Request for Access (RFA) Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance 3+ years of experience working in one or a combination of the following domains: NISP, SAP and/or SCI 1+ years of experience supporting DoD Security programs 1+ years of experience in industrial security or a related field Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Experience working within the intelligence community Experience reporting requirements within Department of Defense (DoD), SAP, and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Experience working in processing or supporting Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO), and Special Program Access Paperwork (i.e. PAR, PSQ, SF86) Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Companys Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
