THE DAY-TO-DAY: Evaluate customer activity to provide appropriate incentives and approve limited allowances (rooms, food, beverages, event tickets). Support customer base growth and development efforts. Manage customer reservations using OPERA & PATRON systems. Make decisions on customer allowances and comps. Help manage customers to ensure profitability. Collaborate with Casino Marketing, Marketing Executives, and staff to support casino customers. Attend special events to promote marketing and interact with customers. Protect customer privacy by following company policies on confidential information. Resolve customer complaints and disputes in a way that satisfies both the customer and the company. Follow local laws, Title 31, and attend required compliance and training sessions. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location. This position is eligible to participate in the Companys incentive plan. Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans.
