Full Job Description

Be responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting application software that is delivered on time and within budget. Work closely with customers, business analysts, technology, and project teams to understand business requirements, drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions that are aligned with business and technology strategies, and comply with the organization's architectural standards. Provide technical guidance to the development team through the full software life cycle. Key Responsibilities Ability to directly work with business users and analysts to understand the business requirements and drive analysis and design of technical solutions. Utilize product expertise to participate in the design process of new and existing applications/programs and propose best in class technical solutions which meets or exceeds business expectations. Maintain and modify ETL applications by amending flow charts, developing detailed programming logic and by making changes to code. Analyze performance of programs and take actions to correct deficiencies based on consultation with end users and product team. Effectively test all impacted programs and resolve all issues reported by QA and by business users in a timely manner. Provide technical consultancy to the new developers and programmers to ensure that software development standards are followed across the board. Proactively provide subject matter expertise regarding assigned applications to other members of the technology and business teams to ensure quality and minimize impact on other applications and business processes. Liaising/interacting with offshore & onshore teams Ability to support working outside of normal business hours to provide after hour or "on-call" support when necessary to solve high priority incidents/problems. Manage effective relationships and work in partnership with leadership, team members, vendors, and contractors to deliver robust technical solutions, ensure service level commitments and project timelines are maintained. #LI_DNI Required Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent (4-years) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5-7 years of relevant experience required. 3-5 years of practical experience and proven success with the design and development of Informatica PowerCenter and PowerExchange. 1-2 years of practical development experience in Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) Hands on experience in AWS Identify & Access Management process (roles, policies, security groups etc.) Hands on experience in one of the scripting languages like Python, Shell etc. Hands on experience working in scheduling tools like IBM Workload Scheduler (IWA) or Tidal workload automation. Broad technical knowledge in software engineering and/or testing, data analysis, operation systems (Linux, Windows), storage (enterprise SAN, NAS), database (SQL Server, Oracle), and mainframe. Preferred Qualifications Hands-on knowledge of IBM Mainframes & Interface Balancing Controls (IBC) is a plus Hands on experience in AWS Glue ETL Good understanding of AWS cloud native services like S3, RDS, Lambda, SNS, SQS, EFX. Knowledge on Informatica data governance like Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC), Informatica Data Quality and AXON. Broad technical knowledge in Linux operating system concepts and commands. Base Pay Salary The estimated base salary for this role is $112,200 - $150,000 a year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
