Note: The compensation range(s) in the table below represent the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience. What Youll Do You will provide essential cardiopulmonary care under physician supervision, treating patients with a variety of respiratory conditions. Youll apply clinical knowledge, diagnostic tools, and therapeutic techniques to deliver patient-centered care in both routine and critical situations. Key Responsibilities: Deliver respiratory therapies including oxygen, aerosol, humidity, and both invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilation. Monitor patient progress, assess responses to treatment, and adjust plans in collaboration with the care team. Perform diagnostic procedures such as blood gas analysis and EKGs. Respond to emergency calls (Code Blue, Rapid Response) and provide immediate support. Ensure proper use and maintenance of respiratory equipment, following all safety and infection control protocols. Support discharge planning and patient education on respiratory home care.
