What Youll Do You will provide essential cardiopulmonary care under physician supervision, treating patients with a variety of respiratory conditions. Youll apply clinical knowledge, diagnostic tools, and therapeutic techniques to deliver patient-centered care in both routine and critical situations. Key Responsibilities: Deliver respiratory therapies including oxygen, aerosol, humidity, and both invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilation. Monitor patient progress, assess responses to treatment, and adjust plans in collaboration with the care team. Perform diagnostic procedures such as blood gas analysis and EKGs. Respond to emergency calls (Code Blue, Rapid Response) and provide immediate support. Ensure proper use and maintenance of respiratory equipment, following all safety and infection control protocols. Support discharge planning and patient education on respiratory home care.
