Job Description: Come Join our Burger King Team in Fultonville, NY! As a Burger King Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and preparing delicious food in a fast-paced, friendly environment. You will contribute to a positive dining experience for every guest, ensuring efficiency and quality. Job Responsibilities: * Greet customers warmly and take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. * Operate cash register and handle cash and credit card transactions, providing correct change. * Prepare and cook menu items according to Burger King standards and recipes, ensuring food safety and quality. * Assemble and package orders for dine-in, take-out, and drive-thru customers. * Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining room, kitchen, and restrooms. * Restock inventory and supplies as needed, notifying management of shortages. * Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations. * Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. * Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and equipment breakdown. * Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary. Job Qualifications: * No prior experience required; training will be provided. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. * Basic math skills for handling transactions. * Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Must be at least 16 years of age.
