The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $90,750-133,100/yr at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Lead the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Leverage data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations that inform talent acquisition decisions. Innovate recruitment approaches, using technology and sourcing techniques to locate, engage, and attract top talent Cultivate and maintain positive relationships across all levels of the organization, becoming a trusted advisor to hiring managers. Elevate the candidate and hiring manager experiences through an unwavering commitment to standards What We Are Looking For Bachelors degree in human resources, business, or other related field Minimum 5 years recruiting experience in a high-paced, technical organization Strong technical experience with good stories to boot Prior experience leading successful talent acquisition projects Ability to self-manage and complete work with little direction Ability to balance multiple projects, coordinate multiple requests, and set priorities accordingly Proficiency in MS Office and experience with recruitment tools (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn) #LI-RB1 If you want to be part of keeping the world moving, the KION Group is the right place.
