We are seeking a Part Time Administrative Assistant to support fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing. Extensive software skills, Internet research abilities and strong communication skills are required. The expected hours will be between 20-25 hours/week and the starting pay is $17/hr. Job Duties: Create Point of Sale-Print- Sort and Distribute Provide data analysis and data reporting Analyze data to provide ongoing appropriate communication with daily/weekly/monthly reports. Assist in the preparation of proposals Handle multiple office duties such as incoming calls, customer service, meeting arrangements, etc. Job Requirements: Experience in administrative assistant/support or sales analyst position.
