Main Ingredients of the Job! As a US FOODS® Driver Check-In Clerk, you will receive and verify that all driver-returned products and invoices are processed accurately with correct accounting codes for the division P&L. Our Driver Check-In Clerks pay rate starts at $20.00 an hour with additional incentive available based on experience. Verify returned product for accurate reason codes (mispicks, driver shorts, refusals) to insure account reports reflect accurate data. Verify returned product is within temperature guidelines to maintain product integrity. Main duty will be returning cases back to stock, RF Scanning and computer work, issuing Customer credits. Compile Xata and Kronos reports to verify accurate time and attendance reporting. Process driver collections for accuracy in collection of money. Schedule: Sunday- Thursday 8PM until 4:30 AM or FINISH Pay rate: $20.00 Great Driver Check In Clerks are crucial to the US FOODS® team and one of the important faces of our organization. Our Check In Clerks strive for integrity and reliability, while building trusting relationships with team members. What you bring to the table: Education/Training High School Diploma or equivalent required. Related Experience Familiarity with warehouse & delivery procedures preferred. Some Inventory Control /Finance experience background preferred. Motorized pallet jack experience preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Must be able to communicate clearly both in writing and verbally, strong math skills, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, basic computer skills. Must be able to resolve routine problems of limited scope. Physical Requirements Frequent, sitting, standing and walking, occasional lift up to 90 pounds, job requires handling cases in low to the ground and high-level slots Must be able to operate a computer and perform filing. The expected base rate for this role is between $16.01 and $26.71 per hour. This role will also eligible for overtime.
