Job Details: Job Description: The Role and Impact As a Supply Chain Planning Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing Intel's supply chain operations, ensuring seamless integration of planning schedules, forecasts, and inventory strategies with customer requirements. Your expertise will influence key business decisions across multiple teams, including Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Factory Operations. By delivering data-driven recommendations, you will contribute to Intel's mission of creating cutting-edge technology and delivering impactful solutions to our customers. Key Responsibilities Develop, integrate, optimize, and execute supply chain planning schedules, forecasts, materials, build plans, capacity requirements, and inventory strategies. Conduct scenario and what-if planning for products, processes, and inventory strategies to address business challenges. Analyze supply versus demand statements to ensure alignment with customer commitments and operational goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify constraints, make capacity trade-off decisions, and recommend issue resolution strategies. Monitor and resolve inventory issues to optimize flow and ensure support for both short-term and long-term objectives. Provide quantitative and qualitative insights to optimize supply and demand balance within operational constraints. Drive continuous process and tool improvement initiatives by partnering with stakeholders to achieve alignment and efficiency. Demonstrated ability to apply systems thinking and consider financial implications in decision-making. Track record of collaborating with global cross-organizational teams. Qualifications: This position is not eligible for Intel Sponsorship. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, planning, and operations roles. Experience in Excel for data analysis and reporting. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in a related discipline. Experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry. Experience with using linear solvers Advanced knowledge of analytical and data visualization tools such as Power BI experience, Experience with supply chain methodologies such as APICS, LEAN, and CIP. Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $76,780.00-152,460.00 USD The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
