Job Description: Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an exciting career opportunity for a Prequalification Analyst to join our construction accounting team in Minneapolis! The Ryan Companies US, Inc. subcontractor prequalification process is the primary way in which Ryan mitigates construction risk from its subcontractors. This role is a gatekeeper and is critical to this process. This individual will work with project team members and subcontractors nationwide in a high volume, collaborative and fast-paced environment. This position requires 4 days per week in the office, with 1 day of remote work each week. Some things you can expect to do: Administer the overall Ryan Companies subcontractor prequalification process. Ensure prequalification compliance standards are met. Review external financial statements and preparing financial analysis summaries. Collaborate with project managers, project coordinators and subcontractors during the prequalification process. Manage Ryan Companies subcontractor prequalification documents. Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in Accounting and/or business related field of study. 2+ years experience in accounting with a working knowledge of GAAP. Able to analyze, problem solve, adapt to advancing technology, and manage a high volume of correspondence & collaboration in a fast-paced environment. You will really stand out if you have: Excellent customer service skills. Strong attention to detail, ability to analyze, problem solve, and adapt to advancing technology. Proven ability to communicate professionally, proactively, and strategically, while working with competing priorities. Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Construction accounting background and Experience with Enterprise systems (SAP, JD Edwards, etc.) preferred. Eligibility Positions require verification of employment eligibility to work in the U.S. Compensation: The base pay is $62,200 - $80,400 per year. The base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidates knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.
