You will serve as the key leader on-site, guiding staff and maintaining compliance with all care standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support nursing staff (CNAs & LPNs) during weekend shifts Ensure delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and leadership Assist with staffing coordination and coverage as needed Ensure accurate and compliant clinical documentation Maintain adherence to state, federal, and facility regulations Serve as a clinical resource and leader for the care team Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required) Long-term care and rehab experience required Supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills Passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care Why Join Fleetwood Post Acute?
